Group Pre-Orders

Shipping July 2022

Order early for this fall to reserve your resources. For pricing please visit our Price List page. Please submit your best estimate of numbers per resource. You can increase or decrease your numbers up to the day the order is fulfilled. If you would like physical or digital versions of different resources please indicate that in the comments section. A 25% deposit will be requested once your order is confirmed to secure your order. Please see our Group Pre-Order Process below for more details.

Group Pre-Order Process

 

Submit Form

Begin by filling out the group pre-order form. Be sure to include your full shipping address if applicable and when you will need the order by after July 1, 2022. Provide you best estimate of numbers. You can adjust your final numbers up to the day of delivery.

Approve Quote

After receiving your submitted form we will send you a quotation electronically via email. This is not an invoice. The quote will include your order details and an estimate for shipping if applicable. You will be asked to review, accept and sign the quote electronically through the button in the email. This will confirm your order. 

Pay Deposit Invoice

We will send you an invoice requesting a 25% deposit that needs to be paid within 30 days of the date on the deposit invoice to lock in your discount. 

Sales Order

We will begin to prepare your order. It will be put in a cue to be completed in the order it was received or by your requested delivery date. You may adjust your sales order up to the delivery.

Delivery

When your order is complete, it will be shipped via UPS ground or available via will call at our warehouse in Yorba Linda, CA. If shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information. The cost of shipping will be added to your final invoice.

Pay Final Invoice

After your order has been shipped or picked up, we will send the final invoice electronically via email. Please pay the invoice by the due date to avoid any late fees. You may pay the invoice by sending a check to the address on the invoice or by credit card by clicking on the view invoice button, then the pay now button.
