Join us for a special webinar introducing our newest Beside resource, the Andrew Mini-Retreat. Through three Gospel encounters, participants will discover St. Andrew the Apostle as the great "introducer.” This interactive retreat equips parish leaders to notice the people God has placed around them, recognize and encourage their gifts, remove barriers to belonging, and confidently invite others into a relationship with Jesus. Learn from St. Andrew how to create a culture of invitation at your parish! 

During the webinar, we will preview the retreat’s engaging activities, reflections, small-group conversations, and prayer experiences while also introducing the wider collection of Beside Accompaniment Team Formation resources. These ready-to-use Workshops, Mini-Retreats, Sessions, and Meeting reflections are designed to move parish volunteers into becoming confident leaders on mission who are prepared to notice, invite, and accompany others.​
