Join us for our Pathways Summer Onboarding Virtual Sessions! These gatherings are designed to create a space where like-hearted leaders can come together to share insights, engage in meaningful discussion, learn best practices for launching and growing Pathways in their parish, and have their questions answered by our team and fellow participants.
Meeting Schedule: We will meet on Tuesdays throughout July, beginning July 7, 2026, for a total of four sessions. Each session will last approximately one hour, depending on the depth of our conversations and discussion.
Location: Our meetings will be conducted virtually via Zoom. You will receive the link in the confirmation and reminder emails.
Materials: Before each session, please watch the assigned webinar, download the listed resources, and come prepared with questions, insights, and examples from your own parish context. Our goal is to make these sessions as interactive and practical as possible, helping you confidently implement and strengthen Pathways in your community.
Session 1: Pathways Do's and Don'ts
Date: Tuesday, July 7, 2026

Summary: We will share best practices for success, and most common mistakes to avoid when transitioning to and actively using Pathways. Be equipped with strategies, solutions, and insights that will help you and your team continue to build a vibrant, fruitful, and effective ministry for the communities you serve.
Session 2:Building an Accompaniment Team
Date: Tuesday, July 14, 2026

Summary: We will share how to identify, invite, and invest in a network of mission-aligned leaders. Ministry was never attended to be done alone. The first disciples were sent out by two and returned to a community of support. Grow your team from 4 to 12 to 36+ following the methodology of Jesus.
Session 3: Planning and Implementing
Date: Tuesday, July 21, 2026

Summary: We will discuss different transition strategies to implement the Pathways Formation Suite. We will review your schedule and how to most effectively implement the different resources you are using.
Session 4: Communicating with Families
Date: Tuesday, July 28, 2026

Summary: We will discuss how to work more collaboratively towards a shared mission and how to share that same mission with your parish. We will unpack how Pathways can be an effective and lifelong process of formation, modeled after the Road to Emmaus, that leads to sustain growth of the parish.
