Raising Up the Next Generation of Faith Formation Leaders
Attention Diocesan Leaders
Join us for a free webinar!
Are you wrestling with a shortage of faith formation leaders at your parishes and schools? Have you been looking for a way to raise up that next generation of leaders that understand how to form and accompany the Church into the future? Are you struggling to offer this formation in an affordable way?
Join us for our upcoming webinar to learn about and hear from dioceses who have experienced the Mysterion Formation Institute. Faith and Family Life Catholic Ministries is looking to continue to work with dioceses in the transformation of faith formation structures. We have developed a hands-on formative process that raises up that next generation of leaders, providing them the structures and tools for fruitful ministry.
Mysterion is designed to lead small cohorts through a personal experience of the catechumenal process. Teams will experience the "what" through the use of Pathways materials and study the "why" drawn primarily from the new Directory for Catechesis. Teams will receive a rich formation in the faith and be equipped to form others in the catechumenal process. A diocese can purchase the content and run it locally for their leaders or join one of our Mysterion cohorts.
A cohort is a mixture of 4 to 6 diocesan teams. These teams are made up of two to three participants who hold diocesan or parish leadership roles. FFLCM will accompany the cohort through the Mysterion Formation Institute over a six month period, starting in September and ending in March. Most of our meetings will take place over Zoom, with the Encounter Mystery retreat taking place at Seven4One Hotel in Laguna Beach, CA.
