Then, select the delivery option "At a Future Date" and choose a date between July 15 and December 11, 2026. Finally, select the "Bill Parish or School" payment option. This year there will be one delivery date per order. If you would like materials to arrive on different dates place a separate Pre-Order for each desired date. You only need to provide your best estimate on the number of each resource you will need. You can adjust the final numbers up or down until the order is shipped. We will reach out to you 30 days before your desired delivery date. 

Upon submission you will need to "Accept and Sign" the order to confirm it. Once signed, you will receive an invoice for a 25% deposit to lock in your discount, due before June 12, 2026. 

Pre-Orders help us to plan for demand so that we can fulfill orders when you need them. We can only guarantee the availability of pre-ordered materials for the fall and spring.
